Late Nite Holdings, LLC operates and invests in a wide variety of companies.  We specialize in the entertainment, hospitality and skincare sectors and are constantly looking for new and exciting ventures.  Social cause driven investments are a top focus for us currently.  

Our Story

Formed by husband and wife team Daniel & Madelyn Catullo, Late Nite Holdings (LNH) and Late Nite Investments (LNI) were originally formed simply as a holding company for an entertainment company they were involved with.  As time went by, Daniel & Madelyn began to increase their portfolio into the restaurant space, apparel and other exciting ventures.  The two primarily look for exciting and socially drive opportunities where they can have some sort of management or hands on role in the business.  

They split their time between homes and offices  in Orange County, CA and New York, NY.  They are the proud parents of two amazing children and support many charities including GAP Create, One Heart Foundation, The Wheelchair Foundation, Leslie's Week and others.
